Job Duties

- Manage your station with focus and urgency during high-volume service
- Keep your area clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow food safety procedures, reduce waste, and communicate with the kitchen team to keep service flowing smoothly
- Take ownership of setup, breakdown, and consistency from open to close
