The role of Pizza Cook is an integral position within the kitchen team responsible for supporting all culinary operations under the direction of management. This is a hands-on position that primarily involves stretching dough by hand and cooking 18-inch New York style pizzas to perfection. The Pizza Cook must work efficiently and stay organized to meet the demands of a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Additionally, this role includes leadership responsibilities such as guiding the cook team, providing training, and ensuring that tasks are completed effectively. The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive attitude, be coachable, and communicate well with management and staff.

Key responsibilities include maintaining equipment and tools in proper working order, regularly cleaning and sanitizing to meet County Health and Sanitation standards, and addressing any operational issues or concerns. This role demands someone who can not only perform essential cooking tasks but also contribute to a collaborative and productive kitchen culture.
