Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods
Excellent organizational skills

Job Duties

Hand stretching dough and cooking 18-inch New York style pizza
Work organized and efficiently
Lead cook team to complete tasks and provide direction and training
Maintain and abide by County Health and Sanitation standards
Ensure equipment and tools are in proper operating condition and cleaned regularly
Communicate with management and staff about issues or concerns
Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required
