Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand/walk for 8 hours per day
- must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- will frequently bend, stand, reach, stoop, lift and carry
- must be able to work in both warm and cool environments
- must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic
- must be able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments as well as stay focused and on-task during slower times
- must be able to tolerate potential allergens: eggs, dairy, gluten, and soy

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of dishes ranging from pizzas, calzones, and appetizers using specific methods, procedures, and recipes
- prepare dishes by cooking in ovens, fryers, open flame burners, microwaves, and a variety of kitchen equipment, including a Hobart mixer, large hand mixer, dough ball rounder, and pizza oven
- assume responsibility for the quality of products served
- comply consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service
- portion food products prior to cooking according to standard portion size and recipe specifications
- read tickets and fulfill orders with no less than 99% accuracy
- handle, store and rotate all products properly
- assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
- perform related duties such as helping to wash dishes as needed, preparing to recycle and cleaning around the kitchen
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation at all times
- perform open and closing duties
- uphold company safety and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees
