Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to six months related experience or training
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must comply with company policies and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- Operate the "Dough-Pro" machine expertly
- Support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift
- Prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed
- Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
