3-6 months related experience or training
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Capability to stand for extended periods
Compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines

Ability to operate kitchen equipment including the "Dough-Pro" machine

Job Duties

Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
Operate the "Dough-Pro" machine expertly
Support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
Prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed
Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
Maintain proper equipment temperature and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
