IRHG’s mission is to transform the hospitality industry forever, making it not just a job but a lifestyle and an exciting journey for all employees.

IRHG is currently seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join their vibrant culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency for every dish that leaves the kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing dishes accurately to IRHG’s portion sizes and quality standards, maintaining a clean work station, stocking food supplies efficiently to support smooth operation during service periods, and adhering strictly to DHEC regulations. The role also involves collaboration with fellow kitchen staff, assisting in off-peak food preparation tasks, and participating actively in employee meetings to contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

The position requires candidates to have at least two years of relevant kitchen and line cook experience, a basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling, and knowledge of food costs and kitchen safety. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential, along with the ability to communicate clearly with management and team members. IRHG values individuals who can take full responsibility for the quality of products served and who exhibit a willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field.

Working at IRHG offers a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package, alongside the chance to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced, and rewarding work environment. The company embraces equal employment opportunity practices, ensuring a discrimination-free workplace guided by federal, state, and local laws.
