Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a pizza chef in fine dining or luxury hospitality
Strong knowledge of preparing Roman-style pizza
Ability to work standing, walking, and lifting during shifts
Capacity to perform in a high-pressure culinary environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to assist other kitchen sections when necessary

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a pizza chef in fine dining, Michelin, or luxury hospitality
Strong culinary techniques and passion for quality and precision
Ability to prepare high hydration dough and work with electric ovens
Experience in consistent and efficient pizza making
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Positive, professional attitude and strong team player mentality

Job Duties

Develop and execute Roman-style pizza using high hydration, direct fermentation dough
Work directly with the Pizza Chef to prepare dough, toppings, and sauce with precision
Consistently stretch dough, control portions, and ensure even crust baking
Assist in other kitchen sections as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with culinary staff
