Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a pizza chef in fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of preparing Roman-style pizza
  • Ability to work standing, walking, and lifting during shifts
  • Capacity to perform in a high-pressure culinary environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to assist other kitchen sections when necessary

  • Proven experience as a pizza chef in fine dining, Michelin, or luxury hospitality
  • Strong culinary techniques and passion for quality and precision
  • Ability to prepare high hydration dough and work with electric ovens
  • Experience in consistent and efficient pizza making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Positive, professional attitude and strong team player mentality

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute Roman-style pizza using high hydration, direct fermentation dough
  • Work directly with the Pizza Chef to prepare dough, toppings, and sauce with precision
  • Consistently stretch dough, control portions, and ensure even crust baking
  • Assist in other kitchen sections as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with culinary staff
