Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three to six months of related experience or training
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to operate food preparation equipment including the Dough-Pro machine
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing for long periods

- Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- Operate and manage the "Dough-Pro" machine expertly
- Support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- Prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed
- Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening and closing duties
