Job Requirements

Experience working as a prep cook or line cook, preferably in a pizza kitchen
detail-oriented, ensuring every pizza that leaves our kitchen is nothing short of perfection
able to thrive under pressure, juggling multiple tasks
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift and carry heavy items, occasionally up to 50 lbs
scheduling availability nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Experience working as a prep cook or line cook, preferably in a pizza kitchen
detail-oriented, ensuring every pizza that leaves our kitchen is nothing short of perfection
able to thrive under pressure, juggling multiple tasks
strong teamwork and communication skills
familiarity with food safety standards
ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties

Crafting Detroit-style pizzas, ensuring each bite is baked to perfection
prep fresh dough to ensure the right texture, crispness, and thickness for Detroit-style pizzas
setting up and stocking stations to ensure a streamlined service
keep the kitchen smoothly operating by adhering to food safety regulations and maintaining a clean workspace
collaborate with our team of pizza enthusiasts to ensure a seamless operation
prepping ingredients including dicing, slicing, mixing
maintaining inventory pars on the line
