Job Requirements
- Experience working as a prep cook or line cook, preferably in a pizza kitchen
- detail-oriented, ensuring every pizza that leaves our kitchen is nothing short of perfection
- able to thrive under pressure, juggling multiple tasks
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry heavy items, occasionally up to 50 lbs
- scheduling availability nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Crafting Detroit-style pizzas, ensuring each bite is baked to perfection
- prep fresh dough to ensure the right texture, crispness, and thickness for Detroit-style pizzas
- setting up and stocking stations to ensure a streamlined service
- keep the kitchen smoothly operating by adhering to food safety regulations and maintaining a clean workspace
- collaborate with our team of pizza enthusiasts to ensure a seamless operation
- prepping ingredients including dicing, slicing, mixing
- maintaining inventory pars on the line
