This company values teamwork, excellence, and dedication from its employees, contributing to a unique dining atmosphere that has earned a dedicated customer base. As a part of Tuesday Brands Inc., dough.cheese.sauce benefits from strong organizational support and a culture of innovation within the hospitality field, making it an exciting place for professionals passionate about food and service to grow their careers.

The Pizza Maker / Cook role at dough.cheese.sauce is a pivotal position on the evening service team, designed for individuals who thrive in fast-moving kitchens and appreciate the art and craft of pizza making. This role involves a hands-on approach to assembling and baking pizzas, managing slice service efficiently, and ensuring the kitchen is properly reset at the end of shifts. Scheduled primarily during weekday evenings and weekend shifts, this position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, accommodating different work-life needs. The full-time and part-time roles provide competitive pay with a base rate of $15 per hour coupled with tip pool earnings that can raise total compensation to approximately $20-$22 per hour. The work schedule requires availability for evening hours, beginning at 4:00 PM and extending through closing times that vary between 11:00 PM on weekdays and as late as 1:00 AM on weekend nights.

Key responsibilities include assembling and dressing pizzas during peak service times, baking whole pies and preparing slice production to meet customer demand efficiently, maintaining a well-organized pizza make line stocked with necessary ingredients, and clear communication with teammates to ensure smooth service flow. Additionally, adherence to food safety and sanitation standards is critical, as is assisting with closing duties such as kitchen reset to prepare for the next day’s operations.

Ideal candidates for this role are reliable and punctual with the ability to stay organized during busy service hours. A team-oriented approach and an eye for detail are important to maintaining the high quality and consistency DCS customers expect. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds is required, accommodating the demands of kitchen work. While previous pizza-making or kitchen experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory as dough.cheese.sauce is committed to training the right person who demonstrates enthusiasm and dedication to the craft.

Joining dough.cheese.sauce offers an opportunity to be part of a growing hospitality brand that values its team members by providing a supportive work environment, competitive wages, and a chance to develop culinary skills within the fast-casual pizza industry.
