Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
3 to 6 months related experience or training
ability to stand for extended periods
capacity to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
willingness to learn and take direction
good physical stamina
ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties

maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation
assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
operate "Dough-Pro" machine expertly
support line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift
prepare necessary items for pizza station as needed
practice and teach safe sanitary handling of cutting boards counter tops knives and equipment
maintain proper temperature of equipment
perform station opening closing and side work duties each shift
