- Ability to clearly communicate with team members
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 30lbs regularly
- Must be flexible to work nights and weekends based on business needs

Job Duties
- Work closely with the Culinary Team and support cafe operations
- Understand Erewhon brand and café menu fully
- Prepare pizza dough by hand stretching, sauces, and various fresh toppings
- Monitor pizza oven temperature and cooking times
- Prepare high-quality pizzas according to company recipes
- Monitor inventory and place orders for supplies as needed
- Clean workstations and ensure utensils and equipment are sterilized before use
- Assist in preparing and cooking other food items in compliance with quality standards
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as directed by Culinary Manager
- Complete end of day inventory and adhere to company checklists and procedures
- Maintain proper food temperatures and storage
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and coolers
- Assist team with incoming orders and proper storage
- Operate basic kitchen equipment
- Follow proper knife safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
