Job Duties
- adhere to brand standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming
- complete duties on opening, closing and prep checklists
- refer to daily prep list at the start of each shift for assigned duties
- prepare all food ingredients according to portion sizes and recipe specifications
- use recipe cards for preparing all products
- maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including kitchen and refrigeration equipment
- prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings
- monitor exact temperatures and cooking times for stone-baked pizzas
- communicate effectively with co-workers and guests
- prepare specialty and build-your-own pizzas
- perform basic kitchen duties and support kitchen team during high volume periods
- follow nutrition and sanitation guidelines
- report equipment and food quality concerns promptly
- inform management of product or ingredient shortages
- maintain a positive attitude while standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items
