Job Requirements
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- at least 2 years in pizza or burger production
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stay organized and calm
- availability for evening shifts
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Availability for at least 3 shifts per week
- positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- experience in high-volume kitchens strongly preferred
- ability to work quickly, cleanly, and as part of a team
- 3 years of kitchen experience with 2 years of pizza experience
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas and burgers to Night Owl standards in a high-volume environment
- operate and maintain kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, and dough presses
- follow portioning and presentation guidelines consistently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and cook stations throughout service
- ensure all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met
- assist with prep tasks and restocking between shifts
- communicate clearly with teammates and management during service
- contribute to a positive kitchen culture based on teamwork and mutual respect
