Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • three to six months related experience or training
  • ability to stand and work for extended periods
  • ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
  • operate the "Dough-Pro" machine expertly
  • support the line checks process
  • complete prep par sheets every shift
  • prepare all necessary items for their station
  • practice and teach safe sanitary handling of cutting boards countertops knives and equipment
  • maintain proper temperature of equipment
  • perform station opening closing and side work duties each shift
