Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- knowledge of pizza preparation techniques
- ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- understanding of food safety regulations
- strong attention to detail
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
Job Duties
- prepare pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
- operate and maintain the "Dough-Pro" dough preparation machine
- ensure timely and accurate food preparation at the pizza station
- participate in daily line checks and complete prep par sheets
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment
- practice and teach safe handling of knives and kitchen tools
- perform opening, closing, and side work duties for the pizza station
