As a Pizza Chef, you are an essential part of the culinary team responsible for ensuring that every pizza leaving the kitchen meets CPK’s high standards for quality, taste, and presentation. You'll be working with the "Dough-Pro" machine, managing your pizza station with a keen eye on timing and recipe accuracy, and participating in the preparation and maintenance of your station throughout your shift.

Job Requirements
- Three to six months related experience or training
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- Operate and maintain the "Dough-Pro" machine
- Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift
- Prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed
- Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
