Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous foodservice or culinary experience preferred
  • ability to stand and walk 100 percent of the time

Job Duties

  • Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes
  • produce one or more specialty pizzas each service period
  • stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza
  • ensure the quality of the food and maintain quantity throughout service periods

  • produce pizza dough daily
  • ensure proper line presentation and maintain food at proper serving temperatures
  • complete daily production sheets
  • store and date all food items properly
