Proper temperature control and adherence to opening, closing, and side work duties are part of daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the station. This role requires prior experience or training, ideally between three to six months, in related food preparation environments.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- Assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
- Expertly operate the Dough-Pro machine
- Support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- Prepare all necessary items for the station as needed
- Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
