Job Requirements
- three to six months of related experience or training
- ability to work flexible shifts
- basic food safety knowledge
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- willingness to follow company sanitation and safety policies
Job Qualifications
- food handler’s certification preferred
- previous experience in a pizza chef or similar kitchen role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to operate kitchen equipment including dough-making machines
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Job Duties
- maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- operate and be an expert on the "Dough-Pro" machine
- support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- maintain the proper temperature of equipment
- perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
