Job Requirements

  • three to six months of related experience or training
  • ability to work flexible shifts
  • basic food safety knowledge
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • willingness to follow company sanitation and safety policies

Job Qualifications

  • food handler’s certification preferred
  • previous experience in a pizza chef or similar kitchen role
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment including dough-making machines
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

  • maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
  • operate and be an expert on the "Dough-Pro" machine
  • support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
  • prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed
  • practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
  • maintain the proper temperature of equipment
  • perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
