Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
three to six months related experience or training
ability to stand for long periods
ability to follow detailed instructions
ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

passion for food and customer service
ability to work cooperatively within a team
knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
expertly operate the "Dough-Pro" machine
support line checks and complete prep par sheets every shift
prepare all necessary items for the station
practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of kitchen equipment
perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
