The role of a Pizza Cook/Pizza Chef at ENRICO'S is a key position that brings the kitchen to life. The role also involves assisting with prep work during off-peak hours and completing daily cleaning tasks with the appropriate use of cleaning chemicals.   • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • previous kitchen and pizza experience required
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • basic math skills and ability to follow recipes and instructions
  • ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 35 pounds
  • ability to bend, kneel, and move efficiently in a busy kitchen
  • availability 5 days per week
  • lunch and/or dinner shifts
  • weekends required
  • some holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook scratch-made pizzas and other Savage Pizza menu items
  • stretch, top, and bake pizzas according to company standards (training provided)
  • read and execute ticket orders accurately while meeting ticket-time expectations
  • perform proper portion control and minimize food waste
  • label, store, rotate, and handle food according to safety guidelines
  • maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station throughout service
  • check and record food temperatures to ensure food safety compliance
  • assist with prep work during off-peak hours as needed
  • complete daily cleaning tasks and properly use cleaning chemicals
  • work closely with fellow kitchen team members to support smooth operations
