The current opportunity is for well-rounded Back of House (BOH) team members to join PROOF's late night service team. This role requires individuals who are upbeat, motivated, and capable of managing themselves effectively. Successful BOH members at PROOF are great communicators who enjoy working in a team-oriented setting but are also comfortable taking initiative independently. This position focuses primarily on the dinner and late night service window, specifically requiring night and weekend availability from 7 PM to 1 AM. The role is crucial in ensuring the kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently during busy service hours.

As a BOH team member, you will be tasked with a variety of food preparation duties to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are operating at their best. Attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety are paramount. Working knowledge of basic cooking principles such as baking, frying, and preparation of salads and other menu components will be fundamental to your success in this role. Additionally, you will be expected to provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, which reflects PROOF's dedication to excellent guest experiences. Familiarity with Toast POS (Point of Sale) systems is also beneficial for collaborating with front-of-house staff to handle order issues promptly and efficiently.
