Job Duties
- Prepare the pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings (tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and more)
- Become a master at spinning dough in an open kitchen
- Monitor exact temperatures and cooking times for our premium stone-baked pizzas
- Be comfortable talking to coworkers and guests
- prepare the Mellow specialty pizzas our guests crave and rave about
- follow recipes and create build-your-own menu items
- Clean and sanitize all work surfaces and utensils equipment
