Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a kitchen or food service role preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Food handler’s certification preferred
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Job Qualifications

Experience in food preparation or pizza baking preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and commitment to food safety
Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented setting

Job Duties

Prepare the pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, and onions
Become a master at spinning dough in an open kitchen engaging customers
Monitor exact temperatures and cooking times for stone-baked pizzas
Communicate comfortably with coworkers and guests extending the Mellow vibe
Prepare specialty pizzas and build-your-own menu items following recipes
Clean and sanitize all work surfaces and utensils/equipment maintaining strict food safety standards
