Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Food handler’s certification preferred
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation or pizza baking preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Prepare the pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, and onions
- Become a master at spinning dough in an open kitchen engaging customers
- Monitor exact temperatures and cooking times for stone-baked pizzas
- Communicate comfortably with coworkers and guests extending the Mellow vibe
- Prepare specialty pizzas and build-your-own menu items following recipes
- Clean and sanitize all work surfaces and utensils/equipment maintaining strict food safety standards
