Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old to hand stretch pizzas
- must be at least 18 years old to use mixers and food processors
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and punctual
- ability to communicate effectively
- willingness to follow safety and hygiene standards
- availability for flexible scheduling including day and evening shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation or restaurant environment is a plus
- strong attention to detail
- ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- good communication and teamwork skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
- age 16 or older to hand stretch pizzas
- age 18 or older to operate mixers and food processors
Job Duties
- Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods
- making and managing fresh dough made on-site and cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours
- weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes using various kitchen utensils and equipment
- receive calls for delivery or takeout orders
- clean as you go
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- assist with inventory management as needed
