Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old to hand stretch pizzas
  • must be at least 18 years old to use mixers and food processors
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • willingness to follow safety and hygiene standards
  • availability for flexible scheduling including day and evening shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food preparation or restaurant environment is a plus
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
  • age 16 or older to hand stretch pizzas
  • age 18 or older to operate mixers and food processors

Job Duties

  • Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods
  • making and managing fresh dough made on-site and cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours
  • weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes using various kitchen utensils and equipment
  • receive calls for delivery or takeout orders
  • clean as you go
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • assist with inventory management as needed
