We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Pizza Makers. This role is integral to our operation, involving the hands-on process of dough making from scratch, hand-stretching pizzas, topping, and cooking with precision using our unique Flippers methods. Our Pizza Makers play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and consistency that our customers expect. Responsibilities include managing fresh dough that is cold-fermented for a minimum of 48 hours to develop rich flavor and texture, carefully weighing and mixing ingredients according to specific recipes, and efficiently handling kitchen equipment such as mixers and food processors (per age requirements). Additionally, Pizza Makers will manage calls for delivery or takeout orders and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout their shift. This role is designed to challenge and engage your culinary talents while ensuring a smooth workflow in our kitchen.

Job Duties
- Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods
