- Strong attention to detail regarding food quality
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Execute pit and meat operations with high quality standards
- Monitor and manage overall quality of smoked meats
- Ensure food quality management and adherence to safety and sanitation practices
- Proficiently use smokers and related equipment
- Manage inventory and control food waste in the pit and meat areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Uphold brand excellence through consistent food quality
