Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Pitmaster, Meat Cutter, Line Cook, Expediter, Prep Cook, or Fry/Salad Chef
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to operate smokers and kitchen equipment
  • Strong attention to detail regarding food quality
  • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
  • Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Execute pit and meat operations with high quality standards
  • Monitor and manage overall quality of smoked meats
  • Ensure food quality management and adherence to safety and sanitation practices
  • Proficiently use smokers and related equipment
  • Manage inventory and control food waste in the pit and meat areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
  • Uphold brand excellence through consistent food quality
