Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, prep cook, or fry/salad chef
- knowledge of smoker operation and meat preparation techniques
- strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to manage inventory and minimize food waste
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- positive attitude and passion for customer service
Job Duties
- Execute pit and meat operations proficiently
- monitor and manage the overall quality of smoked meats
- maintain food quality management standards
- operate smokers according to company procedures
- adhere to safety and sanitation practices
- manage inventory and control food waste in the pit/meat area
- ensure execution of brand excellence through high food quality
