Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, prep cook, or fry/salad chef
  • knowledge of smoker operation and meat preparation techniques
  • strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage inventory and minimize food waste
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • positive attitude and passion for customer service

Job Duties

  • Execute pit and meat operations proficiently
  • monitor and manage the overall quality of smoked meats
  • maintain food quality management standards
  • operate smokers according to company procedures
  • adhere to safety and sanitation practices
  • manage inventory and control food waste in the pit/meat area
  • ensure execution of brand excellence through high food quality
