Currently, Jim N Nicks Bar-B-Q is seeking a skilled Pitmaster/Meat Cutter to join their dynamic culinary team. This position plays a crucial role in the preparation and quality control of their smoked meats, which are central to the brand’s reputation. The Pitmaster/Meat Cutter is responsible for expertly managing the pit and meat operations, ensuring consistent high-quality output that meets the company’s standards.
