- ability to stand for extended periods

- availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Chop slice and plate meats from the smoker
- assist prep cooks with loading and unloading the smoker
- manage fryers and flattops to prepare fried items
- prepare menu items during busy shifts as a Middle Linebacker
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate food service
- uphold food safety and quality standards
