Job Requirements

  • Experience leading crews in underground water, sewer or storm utilities installation
  • Knowledge of trenching and shoring techniques

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience laying underground water, sewer or storm utilities

  • Ability to operate heavy machinery

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop pipe crew to install water, sewer and storm utilities
  • Plan and prepare project work effectively
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and installation procedures
  • Operate heavy machinery including excavators and front-end loaders
  • Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and pipe restraint joint charts
  • Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement
