Job Requirements

  • Be a U.S. citizen
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • Experience in advanced fighter systems and pilot interfaces
  • Strong knowledge of tactical cockpits and human factors engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to occasionally fly in backseat missions

  • Experience with fighter aircraft systems and pilot vehicle interfaces
  • Knowledge of 4th generation fighter capabilities and mission systems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with design reviews and test support
  • Technical writing skills for documentation and guides

Job Duties

  • Research and design innovative PVI mechanizations and pilot human engineering for tactical cockpits
  • Provide pilot SME support during design reviews, system and flight test reviews, and customer program support
  • Collaborate with pilots, engineers, and simulation technicians to design, implement, evaluate, and document PVI mechanizations
  • Author and publish Pilot's Guides and other contract deliverables
  • Support system optimization from design identification through requirements development to product delivery
  • Provide pilot SME guidance for aircraft simulations, cockpit reviews, technical order support, and platform roadmap planning
  • Potentially participate in backseat flight missions
