Job Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate/business aviation
  • FAA type rating G200 (preferred)
  • Total flight time: 3500 hours for PIC, 2500 hours for SIC
  • Multi engine land (MEL): 1500 hours for PIC, 500 hours for SIC
  • Pilot in command: 2000 hours for PIC, 500 hours for SIC
  • Instrument: 300 hours for PIC, 150 hours for SIC
  • Jet: 500 hours for PIC, 250 hours for SIC
  • Turbine engine: 100 hours for SIC
  • Preference will be given to local candidates

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate/business aviation
  • FAA type rating G200 (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety protocols
  • Proficient in flight planning and aircraft performance calculations
  • Ability to lead safety and operational briefings using TPC methodology
  • Skilled in Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Capability to maintain regulatory training and recency of experience

Job Duties

  • Ensures the safe operation of flight by complying with company and regulatory requirements
  • Completes flight planning, performance, and weight and balance tasks for each assignment
  • Utilizes Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead required briefings and mitigate operational risks
  • Acts as the Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator as defined by company policy
  • Completes all aircraft pre-flight tasks, including maintenance status checks to ensure mission capability
  • Records all aircraft discrepancies in accordance with company SOPs
  • Monitors and accomplishes all aircraft ground servicing items (e.g., fueling, oil, oxygen) in accordance with SOPs
  • Completes passenger briefings in accordance with company policy and regulation
  • Delivers the highest level of customer service and meets any special needs of passengers
  • Utilizes Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to communicate effectively with crew and support personnel during operations
  • Provides quality service to owners and passengers while identifying opportunities to enhance the EJM service experience
  • Collaborates with fellow crew members and EJM internal partners to provide a consistent service experience
  • Maintains regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience
