Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3500 hours total flight time
  • Minimum 1500 hours multi-engine land flight experience
  • Minimum 2000 hours Pilot in Command time
  • Minimum 500 hours PIC multi-engine land time
  • Minimum 300 hours instrument flight time
  • Minimum 500 hours jet flight time
  • FAA type rating in Global 6000 strongly preferred
  • Prior Part 135 operational experience
  • Ability to perform essential job functions
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Denver, Colorado area within two hours driving distance

Job Duties

  • Ensure crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements
  • Complete flight planning, performance, and weight and balance tasks for each assignment
  • Lead Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefings and mitigate operational risks
  • Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate with company personnel
  • Complete all aircraft pre-flight tasks and ensure the aircraft is mission capable
  • Monitor and accomplish all aircraft ground servicing items following SOPs
  • Conduct passenger briefings in accordance with company policy and regulations
  • Deliver high-level customer service and meet special passenger needs
  • Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to communicate effectively during operations
  • Provide quality service to owners and passengers and address service deviations
  • Collaborate with crew and internal partners to ensure consistent service experience
  • Maintain regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience
  • Comply with company Safety Management System (SMS) and report safety or non-compliance concerns
