Job Requirements
- Must hold a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
- must have a minimum of 3500 total flight hours
- at least 1500 hours Multi Engine Land experience
- a minimum of 2000 Pilot in Command hours
- 500 hours as PIC Multi Engine Land
- 300 instrument flight hours
- 500 jet flight hours
- must have 4-6 years of relevant flying experience
- must be located within two hours of Columbus, OH or willing to relocate
- must be capable of performing the essential functions of the position
Job Qualifications
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- prior experience in corporate/business aviation preferred
- FAA type-rating in CE680 or CE680A preferred
- 3500 total flight hours
- 1500 Multi Engine Land hours
- 2000 Pilot in Command hours
- 500 PIC Multi Engine Land hours
- 300 instrument hours
- 500 jet hours
- ability to perform essential job functions
- located in or willing to relocate to Columbus, OH area
Job Duties
- Ensures crewing and trip assignments are compliant with company and regulatory requirements
- completes flight planning, performance and weight and balance tasks for each assignment as required
- utilizes Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead required briefings and mitigate operational risks
- complies with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinates with company personnel as required
- acts as the Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator as defined by company policy
- completes all aircraft pre-flight tasks including maintenance status to ensure mission capability
- records all aircraft discrepancies in accordance with SOPs
- ensures all aircraft ground servicing items (fueling, oil, oxygen) are monitored and accomplished per SOPs
- completes passenger briefings according to company policy and delivers highest level of service
- utilizes Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) for clear communication during operations
- provides quality service to owners and passengers and identifies opportunities to enhance service experience
- collaborates with crew members and internal partners to provide consistent service and resolves conflicts
- maintains regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience
- complies with company Safety Management System (SMS) program and reports safety or non-compliance concerns
