Job Requirements
- Completion of Private Pilot Certificate
- Active flight student or CFI status
- Maximum of three checkride failures
- No NTSB negligent accidents or incidents
- Ability to obtain First-Class Medical
- Valid Passport
- Ability to obtain FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
- Meet ATP or restricted ATP flight hours
- Authorization to work in the US
- English proficiency
Job Qualifications
- Must have private pilot certificate
- Current flight student or certified flight instructor actively instructing
- No more than three checkride failures
- No negligent accidents or incidents as determined by NTSB
- Ability to obtain First-Class Medical
- Valid Passport required
- Ability to obtain FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
- Meet ATP or restricted ATP hour requirements
- Authorized to work in the US
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
Job Duties
- Complete Private Pilot Certificate
- Pass PSA Cadet Program interview process
- Participate in mentorship and internships
- Attend ATP-CTP course and training
- Build flight hours to meet ATP requirements
- Maintain logbooks and pass instructor check-ins
- Transition to mainline pilot role with American Airlines
