As a Pieology Crew Member, you will be an essential frontline representative of the brand, welcoming customers and setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. This role requires versatility, as you could be engaging with customers as a cashier in the dining room or drive-thru, taking orders, or working behind the scenes in the kitchen preparing ingredients and crafting pizzas according to customer specifications. Every day offers the chance to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner and ensures that all health and safety standards are met. The position offers a hands-on experience in food preparation, customer service, and operational tasks such as cleaning and inventory management. Job Qualifications

  • 16 years and older (if under 18 must provide proof of age and work permit as required)
  • obtain a food handler's certificate according to state or local requirements
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • must have reliable transportation
  • maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene standards
  • ability to work flexible hours, arrive to work on time and be dependable

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • perform duties of a dining room cashier, drive-thru cashier and drive-thru outside order taker
  • prepare ingredients and make menu items for orders
  • greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • ensure food safety, quality and sanitation including receiving shipments and maintaining proper storage of ingredients and supplies
  • complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning
  • follow proper opening and closing procedures
  • maintain guest and employee safety
