Designed by players for players, our facility fosters a welcoming, energizing, and high-quality space where everyone from beginners to seasoned players can enjoy and improve their game. With a vibrant and active community, Pickleland is not just a sports facility; it's a hub where people come together to share their passion for pickleball and build lasting connections.
We are currently seeking a Happiness Coordinator to join our team and become the friendly face and heart of Pickleland. This position offers you a chance to combine your love for pickleball with an engaging work environment, supporting your ambitions as a player while delivering excellent customer service. The role is perfect for someone who already plays pickleball, is eager to grow in the sport, and desires a work-life balance that nurtures both professional growth and personal passion. As the Happiness Coordinator, you will greet members, manage daily operations, facilitate events, and create memorable experiences that make our facility feel like a home for all. Employment opportunities include both full-time (approximately 35-40 hours per week) and part-time (10-20 hours per week) schedules, with a salary of $12 per hour. Evening and weekend availability is essential.
In this role, you will engage directly with players, welcoming them with energy and warmth, helping them feel connected whether it’s their first day or their fiftieth visit. You'll maintain the flow of open play by participating in games when needed and may also have opportunities to coach introductory classes. Operational responsibilities include managing front desk duties such as court bookings, membership processing, event coordination, and merchandise sales. Your excellent communication skills will be key as you handle both phone and in-person inquiries ensuring every guest feels valued and well-informed.
Pickleland offers an exciting work environment where you’ll be part of a dynamic and friendly community, surrounded by fellow pickleball lovers. We believe in fostering growth and advancement, providing opportunities to participate in internal coaching certification programs with commission potential, and encouraging team members to take active roles in expanding our programming and locations. Our goal is to cultivate not just a workplace but a supportive and thriving community dedicated to pickleball and all the joy it brings.
