Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- No relocation offered for this position
- Must commit to following all safety and operational standards
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures consistently
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Self-starter with initiative
- Willingness to attend training sessions
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type
- Ability to meet commercial driver qualification requirements
Job Duties
- Pick up and deliver commercial tires, casings, wheels, mounted wheel assemblies, and related products between Goodyear CTSC locations, dealerships, and customers
- Build and maintain customer satisfaction and relationships
- Assist with loading and unloading commercial tire products while following all safety procedures
- Complete all required documentation accurately during deliveries
- Ensure all equipment records and maintenance logs are up to date, including DOT logs
- Adhere to the company’s service excellence standards
- Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods
