Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to read and understand information and directions
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to actively engage guests
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervision
- Knowledge of Pick & Prep operations
- Willingness to learn knife skills and multiple tasks
- Ability to work well with computers and scales

Job Duties
- Actively engage guests through product preparation, active sampling and suggestive selling
- Personally demonstrate superior guest service at all times including storytelling about specific products, highlighting product benefits such as fresh, healthy, seasonal and local
- Demonstrate knife showmanship skills to highlight the services and shows offered at Pick & Prep
- Operate the Pick & Prep area according to strict merchandising and operational standards
- Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Lowes Foods standards
- Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Lowes Foods standards
- Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, merchandising and guest service as necessary to achieve standards
- Perform PA announcements
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
