As a Supervisor in the Front Office department at CMC Hotels, you will play a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations to ensure guests receive outstanding service. This position requires working in close coordination with the Front Office Manager and the front desk team to maintain adherence to company policies and Marriott brand standards. The Supervisor will interface effectively with management and outgoing shifts to stay informed about hotel activities and maintain continuity of service. Providing quick and efficient check-in and check-out procedures, offering knowledgeable assistance regarding hotel amenities and policies, and ensuring security and order are among your key responsibilities. Job Requirements
- Minimal 1 year hotel experience is required
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
- Clean background check and reliable transportation a must
- Must possess solid basic accounting and math skills
- Be comfortable with computers
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be available to work any shift 7:00 am - 12:00 am and weekends

Job Duties
- Supervise Front Office operations and work Front Desk shifts
- Assist, train, coach, and guide front desk team ensuring adherence to CMC and Marriott policies
- Interface with previous shifts and managers to update on hotel activities
- Provide expedient check-in and check-out services
- Maintain knowledge of hotel property and in-house events
- Inform guests about hotel policies, amenities, and services
- Help achieve monthly brand standard goals in customer service, training, and brand recognition
- Schedule Front Desk associates keeping hours in budget and controlling overtime
- Supervise daily shift processes ensuring standard operating procedures are followed
- Verify Front office associates' uniforms and adherence to dress code
- Resolve issues and coach front desk team members
- Demonstrate positive leadership inspiring team members
- Oversee efficient Front Desk operations including Night Audit shift
- Serve as a role model sharing expertise and inspiring the team
- Ensure completion of all brand quality standards and requirements daily
- Ensure security of customers, employees, and property assets
- Perform other duties as assigned by hotel management
