Job Requirements

  • Minimal 1 year hotel experience is required
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
  • Clean background check and reliable transportation a must
  • Must possess solid basic accounting and math skills
  • Be comfortable with computers
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be available to work any shift 7:00 am - 12:00 am and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of hotel experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic accounting and math skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency with computers and relevant software
  • Leadership abilities with coaching and mentoring experience

Job Duties

  • Supervise Front Office operations and work Front Desk shifts
  • Assist, train, coach, and guide front desk team ensuring adherence to CMC and Marriott policies
  • Interface with previous shifts and managers to update on hotel activities
  • Provide expedient check-in and check-out services
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel property and in-house events
  • Inform guests about hotel policies, amenities, and services
  • Help achieve monthly brand standard goals in customer service, training, and brand recognition
  • Schedule Front Desk associates keeping hours in budget and controlling overtime
  • Supervise daily shift processes ensuring standard operating procedures are followed
  • Verify Front office associates' uniforms and adherence to dress code
  • Resolve issues and coach front desk team members
  • Demonstrate positive leadership inspiring team members
  • Oversee efficient Front Desk operations including Night Audit shift
  • Serve as a role model sharing expertise and inspiring the team
  • Ensure completion of all brand quality standards and requirements daily
  • Ensure security of customers, employees, and property assets
  • Perform other duties as assigned by hotel management
