Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in communications and marketing or related field
  • Strong writing and copy-editing skills
  • Ability to build productive relationships internally and externally
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and social media
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced degree in business or public sector equivalent, marketing/communications, or health related field preferred
  • Exceptional writer and communicator with clear, concise style
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in communications and marketing or similar roles
  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in storytelling, writing, and editing across multiple platforms
  • Experience with direct to consumer engagement and digital platforms
  • Skilled in managing integrated communications programs and complex priorities

Job Duties

  • Investigate and communicate compelling stories that illustrate the positive impact of employed healthcare providers
  • Implement marketing and communications initiatives that support service line growth and brand engagement
  • Collaborate closely with national and local TPR leaders on marketing strategy and execution
  • Build and maintain productive cross-functional relationships across internal teams and external partners
  • Represent the TPR Brand in community engagement efforts aligned with TSMG's vision and framework
  • Utilize effective storytelling, writing, and editing skills across traditional and digital platforms
  • Leverage consumer engagement technologies, digital tools, and social media to support marketing objectives
  • Manage integrated communications programs while balancing multiple, complex priorities
  • Analyze and articulate the effectiveness of previous communications or business strategies using KPIs and metrics
  • Apply a proactive, service-oriented approach with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
