Accurate data entry is a critical component of the job, requiring attention to detail to maintain and update patient charts effectively.
Additionally, you will perform essential office management duties such as processing patient payments and guiding patients to the appropriate physician rooms, ensuring a smooth flow within the office. While previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with medical office management procedures is advantageous but not required.
