Established as a trusted institution, the center prides itself on delivering advanced and compassionate care across a wide range of orthopaedic and sports medicine services. With a robust network of 12 conveniently located clinics throughout Chattanooga, North Georgia, and the surrounding areas, the center ensures accessibility and quality care for its patients. The services provided include expert orthopaedic surgery, specialized sports medicine, physical and occupational therapy, and tailored sports training programs, supported by a team of highly trained professionals dedicated to improving patient outcomes and overall health.
The Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics is currently looking to hire a full-time Physical Therapy Front Desk Receptionist to serve all its locations virtually. This role is essential in keeping the front desk operations smooth and efficient by serving as the first point of contact for patients and visitors both virtually and across the multiple clinic sites when necessary. The receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the administrative functions that facilitate excellent patient care delivery. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple demands efficiently without compromising on the quality of patient interactions. The role does not include night, weekend, or holiday shifts, making it an ideal position for those seeking a balanced work-life schedule. Additionally, the employee should be comfortable traveling to various locations as needed to support clinic functionality. Having a BLS (CPR) certification is preferred, recognizing the importance of safety within a healthcare environment. Candidates with a minimum of one year of customer service experience or experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting will find themselves better prepared to thrive in this role.
This opportunity at the Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics is not only about maintaining the front line of patient interactions but also about being an integral part of a dynamic and compassionate healthcare team. The organization promotes a culture of equal opportunity and inclusiveness, fostering an environment where all employees can excel. Working as a Physical Therapy Front Desk Receptionist at this esteemed center also comes with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, a flexible spending account, and paid time off. These incentives are designed to ensure the wellbeing and satisfaction of staff members, making it a highly attractive and stable career option within the healthcare administration field. This position through its virtual nature and cross-location coverage also offers a level of flexibility in coordination and teamwork across different facilities, allowing for a versatile work experience in the expanding field of orthopaedic healthcare support.
