Job Description
InHome Therapy is a dedicated provider of personalized home health services, specializing in delivering compassionate care tailored to meet the unique needs of geriatric patients. With a strong focus on improving the quality of life for seniors, InHome Therapy operates within the residential settings of Port St Lucie and surrounding areas, ensuring that patients receive professional and effective therapy in the comfort of their own homes. As a patient-focused company, InHome Therapy combines clinical excellence with a supportive, flexible work environment for their staff, empowering physical therapists to deliver their best care while maintaining work-life balance.
The role offered is that of a licensed Home Health Physical Therapist (PT), ideal for motivated and compassionate individuals eager to make a tangible difference in the lives of older adults. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule allowing therapists to own their time and work at a pace that suits their lifestyle, while still participating in a clinical environment that values patient outcomes above all else. PTs employed by InHome Therapy engage directly in one-on-one care with geriatric patients, helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function and daily living activities at home.
In this position, the physical therapist will regularly assess and evaluate patient mobility and strength, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs. They will also play a crucial role in educating patients and their families about recovery plans and preventive care to enhance long-term wellness. Support for therapists includes a consistent patient census thanks to a network of agency partners, as well as concierge-level clinical and administrative backing to streamline their day-to-day responsibilities.
InHome Therapy also prioritizes professional growth and development, offering tailored training and mentorship programs designed to help therapists excel and potentially advance into leadership roles within the company. Technological tools, including tablets with data plans, are provided to facilitate efficient documentation and communication. Overall, this is a fulfilling opportunity for physical therapists who seek to combine their passion for aiding geriatric patients with a supportive and flexible working environment that fosters both clinical and personal growth.
