Job Requirements

State-specific PT license
Reliable personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
At least 1 year of clinical experience
Professional liability insurance
CPR/BLS certification
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Job Qualifications

Licensed physical therapist with a valid state-specific PT license
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in physical therapy
Ability to independently manage outpatient therapy caseloads
Proficient in using mobile technology and healthcare apps
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients
CPR or BLS certification
Liability insurance coverage

Job Duties

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in their homes
Utilize Luna's technology tools such as Auto-Charting and Safety Shield for documentation and safety
Develop and monitor individualized care and exercise plans via Luna app
Coordinate scheduling independently with flexibility in hours and caseload
Maintain communication with patients to support rehabilitation and progress
Manage logistics including billing and cancellations with concierge support
Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols during home visits
