Job Requirements
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Available 1 or 2 days per week for 10 to 20 hours
- Access to reliable transportation for travel to client sites
- Ability to travel within approximately 2 hours of home
- Strong independent clinical judgment and triage skills
- Comfortable engaging with employees at all levels
- Willingness to travel and support multiple worksites
Job Qualifications
- Graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics or occupational health preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and triage skills with red/yellow flag awareness
- Excellent interpersonal skills comfortable engaging employees and leadership
- Certification in orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) a plus
- Spanish-speaking ability a plus
Job Duties
- Perform first-aid-level evaluations and early intervention guidance at partner worksites
- Conduct clinical triage to identify musculoskeletal issues and determine need for medical referral
- Build relationships and engage with employees and leadership across diverse work environments
- Travel to multiple client sites within approximately two hours of home, typically 4 times per year per location
- Provide informal consults focusing on prevention and movement optimization
- Support diverse employee populations primarily in manufacturing industry
- Facilitate referral and coordination with local medical providers when formal treatment is necessary
