Job Requirements

  • Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Available 1 or 2 days per week for 10 to 20 hours
  • Access to reliable transportation for travel to client sites
  • Ability to travel within approximately 2 hours of home
  • Strong independent clinical judgment and triage skills
  • Comfortable engaging with employees at all levels
  • Willingness to travel and support multiple worksites

Job Qualifications

  • Graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics or occupational health preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and triage skills with red/yellow flag awareness
  • Excellent interpersonal skills comfortable engaging employees and leadership
  • Certification in orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) a plus
  • Spanish-speaking ability a plus

Job Duties

  • Perform first-aid-level evaluations and early intervention guidance at partner worksites
  • Conduct clinical triage to identify musculoskeletal issues and determine need for medical referral
  • Build relationships and engage with employees and leadership across diverse work environments
  • Travel to multiple client sites within approximately two hours of home, typically 4 times per year per location
  • Provide informal consults focusing on prevention and movement optimization
  • Support diverse employee populations primarily in manufacturing industry
  • Facilitate referral and coordination with local medical providers when formal treatment is necessary
