Job Description
BRIOworks is a dedicated physical therapy and health performance company that partners with businesses to provide proactive, concierge-style physical therapy services and health optimization solutions. Focused on more than traditional insurance-based care, BRIOworks emphasizes prevention, movement optimization, and lasting results, delivering high-value wellness experiences through a collaborative approach. The company fosters a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth, empowering its therapists to practice at the top of their licenses while making a meaningful impact in their communities. Operating in multiple locations including New Orleans, Louisiana, BRIOworks supports diverse client populations primarily within the manufacturing industry, enhancing employee wellness through virtual consultations and periodic onsite visits. BRIOworks encourages a balanced, flexible work-life integration for its employees, providing a hybrid work environment that combines remote sessions with travel to client sites, reinforcing relationship-building and impactful physical therapy interventions.
The Physical Therapist position at BRIOworks is a hybrid role uniquely designed for licensed Physical Therapists seeking an autonomous, consultative, and diverse clinical experience. This role involves working as a concierge-style consultant, supporting employees across approximately 20 client organizations through a blend of virtual consults and quarterly onsite visits. Primarily serving worksites with 50 to 250 employees, the Physical Therapist will drive early intervention care, clinical triage, and first-aid-level musculoskeletal evaluations. Instead of traditional ongoing treatment, this role focuses on early identification of physical health concerns and timely referral to appropriate medical care or formal physical therapy services. This position presents an exciting alternative to direct patient care, offering the chance to build long-term relationships while operating within a fast-growing service line.
The work schedule is flexible and remote, with core hours between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to accommodate the needs of supported companies. Traveling 25% to 33% of the time, including visits to client sites for engagement and consultative services, is expected. Travel expenses are fully reimbursed, and employees retain their personal travel reward points. The compensation package ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, alongside an annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, retirement savings, and certification support. The role requires a licensed Physical Therapist in Louisiana or a PT Compact State with a minimum of three years of experience, preferably with outpatient orthopedics or occupational health backgrounds. Candidates should possess strong independent clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the willingness to engage across multiple worksites with an emphasis on building corporate wellness programs. Additional desirable qualifications include OCS certification and Spanish-speaking capabilities. This full-time opportunity offers career growth, clinical autonomy, and the chance to make a positive impact on employee health across various industries, making it an excellent match for Physical Therapists seeking meaningful, flexible career options with travel and virtual work components.
