Job Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of GA or a PT Compact State
- Reside or plan to reside within 45 minutes of Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, or New Orleans airports
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and triage capability
- Comfortable interacting with all employee levels including leadership
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Full-time availability
- OCS certification a plus
- Spanish-speaking a plus
Job Qualifications
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent standing
- State license as a Physical Therapist
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics or occupational health preferred
- Strong independent clinical judgment and triage skills
- Comfort engaging with employees at all organizational levels
- Willingness to travel and support multiple client worksites
- OCS certification is a plus
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide virtual physical therapy evaluations and first-aid recommendations
- Conduct quarterly on-site visits to client worksites for employee engagement and informal consults
- Support employees across multiple client locations in musculoskeletal early intervention and clinical triage
- Refer employees to local providers when formal treatment or medical care is required
- Collaborate with executive support team to grow and improve the service line
- Maintain consistent and flexible work schedule based on client needs
- Travel to client sites approximately 25%-33% of the time including company meetings
