Job Description
BRIOworks is a leading provider in the field of physical therapy and health performance, committed to helping individuals move better, live stronger, and perform at their highest level. Through its innovative BRIO Physical Therapy Health Performance program, the company partners with businesses to deliver proactive physical therapy and health solutions that extend beyond traditional insurance-based care. BRIOworks emphasizes prevention, movement optimization, and long-term outcomes, empowering therapists to build meaningful relationships with clients and practice at the top of their license. With a collaborative culture that fosters professional growth and clinical excellence, BRIOworks is a rapidly expanding service line making significant impacts in workplace health and wellness across the United States.
The role of Physical Therapist - Concierge / Consultant Corporate / Hybrid Travel + Virtual is a unique and exciting opportunity designed for a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent) looking to embrace autonomy, relationship building, and variety in their work. This full-time position based in Atlanta, GA, allows flexibility with a hybrid work model that combines virtual consults and quarterly in-person visits to client worksites primarily in the manufacturing industry. Physical Therapists in this role support employees across approximately 20 client locations, providing early intervention guidance and clinical triage to address musculoskeletal issues before they require formal treatment. Rather than engaging in direct ongoing treatment, the therapist focuses on first-aid level evaluations, facilitating early identification and referral for appropriate medical care.
This role offers a refreshing break from traditional patient care, allowing for a balance between virtual office work and travel-based client interaction. The typical work schedule is flexible, designed to be completed between 6:00am and 6:00pm based on both the therapist's availability and client needs, with onsite visits usually occurring from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Travel demands form about 25% to 33% of the work, including trips to client locations and company meetings, with all travel expenses reimbursed and the ability to retain personal travel reward points. This flexibility enables the Physical Therapist to manage a balanced professional and personal life while actively contributing to workplace wellness.
Compensation for the position is competitive, with a full-time salaried pay range of $75,000 to $100,000, including an annual performance bonus. The benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, a flexible schedule, and support for ongoing professional certification, particularly with an occupational and direct-to-employer focus. The organization encourages candidates with outpatient orthopedics or occupational health experience and offers a collaborative support team to enhance the consultant's professional journey.
Working within this role requires a strong foundation of clinical judgment, triage skills, and comfort engaging with employees ranging from front-line workers to leadership. The Physical Therapist is expected to serve as a wellness advocate, guiding employees in early identification of musculoskeletal issues through structured virtual consultations and reinforcing workplace injury prevention programs through on-site visits. BRIOworks values ongoing clinical excellence and is committed to supporting therapists' career growth and autonomy in delivering high-impact health solutions in corporate environments.
By joining BRIOworks as a Physical Therapist - Concierge / Consultant Corporate, you become part of an organization passionate about transforming workplace wellness. This role offers a distinct opportunity to apply your expertise in a non-traditional setting, foster meaningful relationships, and contribute to a growing network of corporate clients dedicated to proactive health management. If you desire a professional path that blends clinical expertise with flexibility, remote work, and travel, this position presents an attractive career option with a supportive team and comprehensive benefits.
