Job Requirements
- Reside in Tampa, FL, or surrounding cities
- willingness to work hybrid schedule with remote and onsite duties
- ability to travel to various school locations within assigned hub
- complete required background and health screenings
- access to dependable cell phone and internet service
- vehicle capable of transporting equipment
- available for seasonal work June through November, with possible extension
- pass drug test and background checks
Job Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- proven leadership experience managing teams
- strong communication skills
- exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- tech-savvy with ability to learn new programs quickly
- physical stamina to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- flexibility to work varied hours and travel locally
- valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle
- professional appearance
- comfort working in school environments
- reliable communication access
Job Duties
- Oversee and inspire a team of photographers
- manage photo day logistics and scheduling
- coordinate storage, organization, and pickup of photography equipment
- conduct interviews and hire photographers in partnership with HR
- ensure clear communication of event details with photographers and school contacts
- attend and lead weekly virtual team meetings
- provide hands-on support at photo events as needed
