Job Requirements
- Reside in Seattle, WA or surrounding areas
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and travel as required
- valid driver’s license and insured vehicle large enough to transport equipment
- completion of additional background or health screenings as per state policies
- consistent access to dependable cell phone and internet service
- ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- reliable interpersonal and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- proven leadership experience managing teams
- exceptional communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- tech-savvy with ability to learn new programs
- physical stamina to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- valid driver’s license and access to reliable, insured vehicle
- comfort interacting with students of all ages

Job Duties
- Oversee and inspire a team of photographers
- provide training and on-the-job guidance to new hires
- manage photo day logistics and scheduling
- coordinate equipment storage and pickups
- partner with HR to interview and hire photographers
- ensure clear communication with photographers and school contacts
- attend and lead weekly virtual team meetings
- manage expense approvals and travel needs
- work as a photographer or event lead during peak times
- travel within the assigned hub to schools as needed
